Since 1986, Tie One on For Safety® has been MADD’s (Mothers Against Drunk Driving) longest-running public awareness project. This year, they've partnered with WAYMO to remind everyone that drinking and driving don’t mix - especially in the dangerous days between Thanksgiving and New Year’s Day.
Whether you display your Tie One On for Safety Ribbon on your vehicle or virtually via social media, offer non-alcoholic beverages like mocktails at your holiday festivities, or ensure your guests use alternative transportation after drinking, we applaud your commitment to keeping our roads safe this holiday. The most precious gift this year is for everyone to make it home safely for the holidays.
The North Fayette Police Department supports the Tie One on for Safety project. If you would like to display a ribbon, you can get one at the North Fayette Police Department station.
